Dazzle Ferry. Peter Blake’s commission for the Liverpool Biennial entitled “Everybody Razzle Dazzle” covers the famous Mersey ferry “The Snowdrop” with dazzle camouflage. Originally used on first world war warships, it works not by concealing but by baffling the eye, making it difficult to estimate a target’s range, speed and direction.
